ENGAGEMENT MODELS

Flexible ways to engage and deliver

Choose the right mix of consulting leadership, execution support, and embedded talent to move work forward.

01

Advisory & Delivery Leadership

We provide delivery leadership to help structure initiatives, align stakeholders, and establish execution discipline. This model is ideal when clarity, direction, and momentum are needed most.

  • Best for: initiatives that need senior oversight and structure, not more headcount
  • Typical engagement: part-time or fractional leadership alongside your existing team
  • What we bring: governance design, stakeholder alignment, and execution cadence
02

Embedded Talent & Execution Support

We provide experienced professionals who embed directly with your team and operate as an extension of your organization — integrated into your tools, workflows, and delivery cadence.

  • Best for: teams with a clear plan but insufficient hands to execute it
  • Typical engagement: dedicated program managers, business analysts, or process specialists
  • What we bring: day-to-day execution capacity without a permanent hire
03

Hybrid / Managed Execution

Our most common model combines leadership and embedded execution support. We take accountability for delivery while scaling resources as priorities evolve.

  • Best for: complex, multi-workstream initiatives with shifting scope
  • Typical engagement: a small delivery team scaled up or down as the work requires
  • What we bring: end-to-end accountability from planning through execution

FAQ

Questions about our engagement models

How long do engagements typically run?

Engagements can be short-term, part-time, or longer-term depending on scope, urgency, and internal capacity constraints. We scope duration together based on the actual initiative, not a fixed package.

Can we switch models partway through an engagement?

Yes. Many engagements start as Advisory & Delivery Leadership and expand into a Hybrid model once the scope of embedded support becomes clear.

Do we need to already have a PMO in place?

No. We work with organizations that have an established PMO as well as those without formal governance in place yet — the engagement model adapts either way.

How is pricing structured across these models?

Pricing depends on scope, duration, and the mix of leadership versus embedded capacity required. We discuss this directly once we understand your initiative.
